Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Curtains to dress, maybe a bit bit spring-like for cold wet November.
It’s a combination of two patterns, a self-drafted bodice (not the best idea) and the skirt from a brought pattern.
I love the skirt and it looks cute with the cardie but I’m not entirely happy with the neckline, it’s a bit too high and it doesn’t quite sit right. I managed to accidentally use the wrong pattern when I was cutting it. I disguised it with some pearls.
I might swap the top piece out but it’s taken so long to finish the dress, I’m willing to live with it for a bit.
