I love how feminine this blouse turned out. I chose to contrast the white with black detailing to help accentuate my curves and keep it from being too austere or frumpy. I love the flounce on the sleeves, but it’s a little too long and I plan to shorten it a tiny bit. After following the instructions for the collar and ripping it out twice, I created a new facing piece and did it the old fashioned way. I made it a wrap shirt instead of putting buttons on, because I think buttons may draw your eye away from the bow, which I wanted to accentuate my waist.
Pretty white embroidered cotton (looks like eyelet but without the holes) and a very soft black cotton, with a silver thread running through it.

Me for making it flirty!
