Burda Style For people who sew
Description
skirt is from bombshell dress (5/2011, mod. 122)
top is another burda design (3/2011, mod. 108)
altered, to achieve really low cut v back
..
plaid may not be the best choice of fabric
cause the skirt draped part made it impossible
to match the print
but i like it anyways
..
my sewing machine broke some time ago
so i sewed entire dress using only my new serger
and only used sewing machine for zipper
(my boyfriend managed to fix the sewing machine,
but by the time that happened, dress was 95% done)
..

:) thank you.. i actually love working with plaid or stripes or gingham, in my case all the lines help me to match pattern pieces better (well, when i want to match them hehe, not like in this dress)
