I’ve been told, among women it’s quite wide spread, that they tend to have cold feet at night.
As my buddy’s wife just has this problem with the beginning of the colder seasons, I decided to do something against it.
I used some leftovers of the very fluffy fleece I used for a jacket
To get a fitting pattern I used a method I read about in a German forum. I simply wrapped one foot with cellophane, marked where the pattern pieces should go and cut it off the foot. After that I only sewed and neatened the pieces with an serger stitch.
Et voilá – something for the cold feet in those cold nights, where even a hot guy beside you can’t get the feet warm.
You can also read a bit more at my blog
some cozy material preferably elastic, we used a double sided high tuft fleece

I’ve been looking for something unusual for presents for 8 kids, now I’ve found it along with the pattern for the pixie hats. The little ones will love it. Cheers Hug!

You are a sweet potato sort of a guy to make these for someone else’s wife! Thank you for sharing. My socks always seem to get holes in them, maybe if I made my own they would last longer!!

Thank you so much NessyS.
– blush – Really it’s no big deal. My buddy’s wife is actually my best female human friend and both gave a little bear a home, when he needed one. This is the least I can do… besides doing all other stuff for her also.

I love these! (Though I don’t get cold feet, all the opposite, I can’t cover them) It’s a very good present as well
