This is one of the dresses I have made for myself. Nice and warm to wear in the cold arctic climate during the winter.
Did you know that the sun doesn´t shine for two months during the winter in Tromsø? It is rather dark from the end of november til the end of january. When the sun returns the schools throw “sunfests” to welcome it back.
Anyway… this dress was really easy to make with my Jamone serger, and I like the flatlock-effects.
The dragonfly on the second picture is on the back on the hood.
