A beautiful, beautiful jacket in every way. I really like that you added in-seam pockets too. I don’t know what to do with my hands if I don’t have pockets.

wow a lot of comments! Thanks everyone for your comment :)
I used the same free pattern for my Autumn Ruffle Jacket that I saved on my computer a long time ago… and amazingly enough I found out where I got it from! It is in Japanese though. I can help you if you need. It is a fairly simple patteren and I altered it a lot. (so I am sure you can use any other simple jacket pattern) Only thing with this pattern that I would be careful is the size – it comes in only one size and it is made for thick fabric. So, you probably have to play with it to get the size, shape you like.

This is great – cute and classy… and the hood and pockets make it practical too! I could really do with a jacket like this now it’s getting so cold.
