I originally bought a flapper costume for Halloween but was very dissatisfied with it, so I decided to make my own. I sewed two pieces of fabric together made darts on the side to fit the top better. Then, I added the sequin fabric in the front on top of the dress because it’s pretty see through. After that, I added sequin onto the top edge of the dress as well as the seem of the insert. Then, I added the fringe at the bottom. :)
