This is a typical Flamenca dress I made for an Andaluz party.
I drafted the pattern myself (see my blog for a tutorial).
It’s the first one I made so wanted to keep it simple: the bodice has darts, there are two flounces on the sleeves and three on the skirt. The fabric is the typical poplin used for these dresses but I chose contrasted fabrics to break the flounces.
The dress is lined and there is an invisible zipper in the back.
The perfect dress to dance sevillanas.
More details on my blog.
poplin (3 meters of each colour)
invisible zipper
lining (cotton)

What a lovely dress. The contrasting colors make it even more interesting and good looking. It looks really good on you. Imagine what it looks like when you are dancing in it.
