I made this dress for a contest but I didn’t got selected for the final runaway. I got inspired by tropical fish and bubbles. I love how my dress came out, maybe next time I’ll get selected. I used the basic bodice pattern for the top part.
Magazines sheet in different tones of pink, blue and yellow for the scales. Packaging Foam for the body. In the bottom part of the dress I used wire on the inside so it wouldn't loose it's shape. Added 2 invisible zippers, on on the side and one on the shoulders
