My dear friend Karin works as a district nurse and has to carry loads of meds and equipment in her bag. She asked me to make her a bag a certain size to fit her blood pressure machine in. She wanted something to make her smile even when she is dealing with the most differcult of patients. I chose a bright striped rainbow cotton and sewed on this amusing canvas and red/white spotted jersey first aid symbol. It’s just a simple drawstring bag, but it is perfect for Karin’s needs.
