well, its kinda difficult to explain here. hehe. but the fabrics i used was satin and chiffon. i also used lace to add more accent to the dress and some pearl to make it more elegant but cutie type of dress. the top part is the all you got tho do is sew all the pleats before you cut it with your pattern. the pleats are 1 inch fold and half inch from the inside. for the lower part you have to measure it with both legs close together give an allowance of 4 inches for the garter so that you can walk perfectly. it varies depending on the measure you took. you have to do it patternized.. ill try to look for the pattern so i could post it here.
