This is an up-cycle of a plain-jane light weight cotton sweater. I liked how finely it was woven, but with the pale peach color and the high neck, it was just so boring! So I jazzed it up a bit by adding asymmetrical black silk organza ruffles and gathering the sleeves up under black satin ribbon straps.
