This took me quite a while though I could have finished it in one day (theoretically!)
First I didn’t go on working on it for some time (maybe I was afraid of sewing my first shorts?) and then I kept changing the shorts’ legs. I knew that I didn’t want the original version from the beginning and had to figure out what looked best on me. After playing with the lenght and some elastic I got the legs like they are now – without elastic.
Some of the things I tried would probably look good being made of different fabric. I might try it one day.
For now I am happy with my shorts like they are : )
Oh, I also added some darts at the waistband
Now I’d like the sun to stop hiding..
