My mum bought me this cotton when I first learn to knit for a really basic jumper… I spent a good few years doing it (with many months in between forgetting about it!) and then eventually realised I was a ball of wool short of a jumper! I then spent another couple of years forgetting about the wool until I saw this Rowan pattern, three weeks later it was complete (my commute to work is fabulous for getting on with little projects!!). I love it, it’s comfy and the best thing about lacy knits is they look much harder than they are!! go me.
