I have been meaning to make a dress with a simple cut out back for a while. I have also wanted to make use of block colours and continue to use tucking as a design element. So I have finally accomplished this mission, with all three featured in the dress (the tucking is in the black waist band, it’s a bit hard to see in the photos). I am not too happy with how it turned out, but I must say that the cut out back worked quite well and I will be making more dresses which feature the back.

It looks amazing! I love the arch-shape back you’ve used, the whole dress looks really interesting and architectural.
