I made this dress for my fashion design cours. I inspired myselves on the struggle for female rights and the womens votingright in and around the 20s. The top is made out of leaflets about femenism and womens voting rights. Most of them where made somewhere between 1915 untill 1930. Some are made more recently in celibration of the female rights we have today. So why is this project called feminism in the 20s? We had to choose an area to start from and mine was the 20s.
