Description

I made these tennis ball size felt balls using tightly wound wool scraps and cut-offs from felted sweaters I am using for another project. I came across the idea on a super cool blog, Resweater

They’re great toys for humans and furry friends alike, but you can also use these balls in the washing machine and dryer, where they are gentler on your clothes than noisy plastic balls. How posh is washing and drying your clothes with cashmere/merino/lambswool balls?! Brilliant.

Makes a lovely gift, too. I’ll be making lots of these, then…

Material Notes

Scraps of felted wool fabric, thread.
