I was inspired to make these bows and decided to make them as party favors for a baby shower earlier this year. I made a sheet to help me remember how to make them.

Material Notes
Felt*, thread, sewing needle, fabric or hot glue (optional) * You can use virtually any fabric/cloth you like, except maybe vinyl.
