This elegant fascinator features a rich brown silk base, and a shining gold trim. The mini-tulle veil is gold, and is set off with a navy blue and brown button. The feathers are striped and solid brown. The hat attaches with a clip, and is about 3" in diameter. It is entirely hand made, and the silk is hand-dyed.
