This feather cape was designed to add glamour and elegance to the little black dress. It is the perfect accessory to spice up any ensemble; I wore mine to a party at the Encore while I was in Vegas and got tons of compliments. I can imagine this feather cape being worn to galas, dinners, dances, weddings, really any fancy affair. I had one customer who wore it to her homecoming dance. The feathers are attached to purple felt that has been lined with black woven cotton. The neckline has been finished with a black bias tape, the tulle is sewn around the back perimeter of the cape, and the feather neck piece opens and closes in the back for easy wear ability.
The collar measures 19” across including the neck hole. From the back of the neck to the bottom of the tulle cape measures 40”
