London, United K...
A simple pill box hat made with just an oval and rectangle pattern pieces. Yet it took me forever to finish because I was scared of the fake fur and fake suede combined into one. So glad to taken the plunge and finished it finally for it is very cozy and UK is very cold.
It actually was quite easy to sew. I did use a roller feet and light tension and foot pressure to ensures the layer stay aligned. I hemmed it by hand to avoid having to spend hours picking the fur out of the stitches.
The fur side is the main side, but I quite like it reversed too – ever the commitment-phobe that I am! :o)
