I really wanted to work with this material again. This time a jacket and a skirt. The jacket is Burdastyle’s 8/12 #118 pattern. The most challenging part was the puckering that appears at the corners. I couldn’t seem to get that right. Other than that it was not that difficult. I didn’t use the ribbed knit like in the magazine but then, I think it came out okay. I lined the inside with anti-pill fleece so it would be warm.The skirt is a favorite of mine, Burdastyle 8/12 #134. Very basic but flattering on me anyways.
2 yards of pleather, 18 inch zipper, 1 yard fleece for lining, 9 in zipper for skirt
