i love doing jackets because you get so much use out of them, somehow i can’t quite change the patterns a whole bunch yet to make it completely mine. the only thing i really changed was the length – the original pattern is much shorter. i almost didn’t have enough fabric, so the cutting out almost made me lose my mind (the fabric being plaid didn’t help much…). i really like this one, i learned a bunch of things, never done that style collar before nor bound buttonholes and pockets. the pattern is from bwof 01/09.
