Burda Style For people who sew
Description
My boyfriend is working for the radio of the university of my city (Verona). They need to promote the new programs, so they asked me to make a life size puppet of the mascot to take pictures around the city and the university.
I had really few time, but I’m really happy with the result! :)
It can’t stand on his own, but with a little help it works ;) We took lots of funny pictures, the radio staff were really impressed :) You can see some of those at this link

Material Notes
I used several kind of materials: Ikea green cotton for the outside, dark green felt for the "feet", "hands" and the smile, loooots of synthetic padding, some newspaper leaf to make it stronger, wire for the joints, plastic pipe as "bones", a polystyrene ball in the head and some kg of sand to make it heavier in te feet (I though it would be enough to make it stand alone, but I was wrong)
