I love a good cummerbund, so I took a skirt pattern I had and folded up a pleated waist band, and voila!
Love this little skirt, shiny black waxed linen, pockets, and a short hem!

I used a pattern I made myself. But I’m sure you could use any high waisted skirt with a wide waist band.

theres a pattern on here called the marie or something just shorten it a bit and it looks similar!!

oh and I used a piece of canvas interfacing in the shape of the original waistband. I just pleated onto it. pinned it down, and then sewed it all up.
