Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I followed the tutorial from Tea Rose Home Blog—I love her tutorials. I bought two clearance tank tops from DownEast and one was cut into strips on the diagonal to make the ruffles and you simply sew them to the remaining tank top.
I am loving ruffles right now and this was so simple I can’t believe I waited until the last minute to do!!! i have had the tanks since mid summer. I leave on sunday for Florida — so at least i will be able to wear it! it looks cute layered under a cardigan too though!
