Burda Style For people who sew

View B from Anna Maria Horner’s Proper Attire Skirt. Definitely more challenging than view A due to the piping but was happy with how it turned out. The fit, not so much. The pleat sticks out like crazy so probably need to resew the hem so that it’s not so stiff. Read more about it here.

Thanks :) I think it’s a combination of it being quite fitted around my bum and hips and the stiff hem – maybe if I lost a bit of weight it wouldn’t stick out so much :P

It´s a geat skirt. I don´t know about the pleat, it doesn´t stick out so much in the hanger. The piping is excellent.
