I love flounces and frills and girly tops so when I saw this top in the Burda 10/09 magazine I had to make it! I used bright cerise knit fabric so did not have to include a zip. The colour is so bright it doesn’t even pick up correctly on the camera! Very easy top and I love the fact that I didn’t even have to roll hem the edges of the flounces and knit doesn’t fray – yay! I included a small band along the hem of the top to pull it in slightly.

I love this top. Tried to make one of satin but it didn’t work. Now your project gave me this jersey option idea so I’m going to make it again:)
