I love these type of fabric as it will give a simple style a big impact. I use an easy dress from November 2012 issue to make this dress were it has a oval V-neckline and dropped shoulders.
I modified the skirt with two back darts, front and back seams to create a better fit. Gathers are placed at each seams from 12" from the waist downwards.
I love how it turned out :-)
