so instead of paying $128 for a tank top i fell in love with this past summer at j.crew i decided to try my own version with $8 worth of materials.

taking a gathered bag type of dress and making the bottom part of the tank top 6 sizes bigger so i could have more gather and altering the straps to they criss-crossed in the back. (plus adding a bit-o-ribbon)
