I used Grosgrain’s (http://grosgrainfabulous.blogspot.com) instructions and templates to make these poppies. I glued a small piece of corduroy to the back to be able to use them as hair accessories. Because I did not have anti-fray spray I actually used clear varnish normally used on wooden surfaces. The flower centers are a couple of colored beads sewn on. Instead of glueing the petals together I stitched them on my machine.
