Description

I made this using Vogue 8815 as a base. I lengthened the peplum by 5 inches and added a wedge to make it full. I love it – it’s just what I wanted! My blog entry may be found here

    I remember this time( the 80’s, though I was a teen then) and the peplum fondly. I love your top and your pattern changes reminds me again, the pattern is only the starting point. Very flattering!
