Burda Style For people who sew
Step 1 Materials You Need
This is a really simple costume. As I said, it took me less than 2 hours from the conception of my idea to the final execution. Here are the materials you will need:
1. A few branches of fake leaves. I purchased mine at a craft store. I bought 12 branches and ended up using 2.5. Depending on your bust size you will need more or less, but the top took 2 branches. I have a 33 inch bust.
2. Scrap jersey fabric and some contrasting or matching thread. I used about 1/6th of a yard of fabric, but the amount you will need should be based off of how you want to drape the fabric.
3. Leather shoe laces/shoe laces
4. Well fitting bra
5. Hot glue gun
6. Scissors
