I made this bolero for my mother-in-law, and she just loved it! When she opened it we all started crying because it turned out so beautiful for her. I used Burda’s Sarah pattern which I’ve used before and it is just great; however, this fabric was very difficult to work with and I had to finish all the seams to prevent raveling. I also chose to put a ribbing on the edge instead of a fussing trim (mom hates fussy). It really looks beautiful on her.

Wow. Looks great. The ribbing looks as though it was a good choice. Good work!
