I made this clutch without a pattern. It’s just two rectangles and a triangle, how hard could it be? LOL!! Let’s just say on the third try I got the flap the right shape to fold over the body of the bag correctly. Then I realized that it was too “floppy”, even with an invisible duck cloth lining. I ended up cutting up an old Cricut machine cutting mat to get it stiff enough to be able to put stuff into it without it totally collapsing (I also scrapbook, Cricut is an electronic paper die cutting machine). Then I added the flower which is layers of different fabrics, some with burned edges. I glued it to a clip to attach it to the clutch or anything else I want to attach it to. I made this clutch to match my brown V-Neck Dress to wear to my cousin’s wedding on Friday.
