This is my Emily shirt. I thought this pattern might be a bit advanced for me, but with some serious patience and one of my husbands old shirts (that i took apart in order to see how it was done! its not cheating really!!!) i did it, and it only took just over a day! I am really proud of this and it is another addition to my work wear wardrobe. I used stripey on the under side of the collar and cuffs and also on the inside off the collar, i also hid the seams for the cuffs on the inside to give a neater finish. I managed to attach the sleeves on the first attempt! I have got quite long arms (my husband says i have monkey arms!) and i thought i could do without the elastic but they were far to long and i think it is a nice little touch.
