Old Town, Maine,...






No pattern. I just sat there staring at this green cotton that I was given until I decided on this shape. And then I cut it off of the form and slapped it together. It’s not perfect, but it only took an hour, and I am still having fun playing with shapes!

Material Notes

this green cotton fabric.
green thread.
and a black tie for the waist that I borrowed from another dress!

    Hi! You say it’s not perfect, but aside from the hem which looks a little wobbly in the pics, it looks great! The shape and colour are beautiful! Good job!

    Wow, I wouldn’t have guessed this is made of cotton fabric. The dress style makes it look much more sophisticated. It looks so cute, the style really suits you.
