Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This sleeveless shift has front neckline tucks and skirt tucks and is finished with a matching belt. The pattern is #111 dress from Burda 11/2008.
I made a few bodice alterations mainly in the back to reduce ease in width and length, as I have an erect posture.
Because I was using a semi-sheer fabric, I inserted underlining, and made the lining with a neck/armhole facing.

Yes molly molly, I wore it to a wedding – and this photo is taken after the event on my mannequin without any pressing – and look, hardly any wrinkles! I’m sure the interlining did the trick!
