I bought a piece of remnent fabric to practice on when I try an embroidery design. I embroidered this design on a sweatshirt for my son and I decided to make him a cell phone cover. I purchased the three left clover (www.embroiderydesigns.com) and created “Irish” using my embroidery software. I merged the two files and embroidered the design on the stabalized fleece. The phone case has a back seam and a seam across the bottom. I used a built-in stitch along the top of the cover. Project from start to finish – approx. 30 minutes.
Fabric – Fleece, sewing.embroidery machine, design, thread, interfacing, water soluable stabalizer.

Okay! I’m green with envy! What kind of embroidery machine did you buy? That’s been one item on my wish list. I got another item on my list for Christmas – a personal stencil cutting machine. Like some of the latest embroidery machines, it works with your computer to create designs. This technology is all too cool! We live in a wonderful time. I’m sure we will see more of your embroidered designs soon!

My Santa brought me a Singer Futura Embroidery machine. I love it!!!! I’m learning how to digitize my own designs – I hope to share them soon. I will add the stencil cutting machine to my wish list for next year. Have fun using it.
