I have been in love with the Elsa pattern for a long time now but was waiting for just the right fabric. I didn’t know what I wanted but I figured I’d know it when I saw it. When I came across this fabric buried under mountains of other fabric I’ve collected over the years I realized that a classic print like leopard would be the perfect mate for this pattern.
I didn’t modify it much. I dropped the neckline about 1.5 inches, used black lace for the belt, no buckle and finished the sleeves with bias tape to add a little contrast. Great simple pattern with a flattering shape. Love it!
cotton blend with a very slight stretch, lace, bias tape, zipper, hook and eye
