The pattern for this dress is created by those lovely ladies over at By Hand London. Such a great dress. It took me a couple of evenings to make. I used a stretch cotton fabric which was weighty enough to maintain the shape of the tulip skirt and yet not too heavy to self line the bodice. For more details hop over to ooobop!
