I made Sewaholic’s Minoru jacket in an English plaid wool, which reminds me of Sherlock Holmes. The pattern is perfect for a fall/spring jacket. The details are great and give a nice and polished look to a casual jacket. I love the details: the large collar with the hidden hood, the elastic used for the sleeves ends and the waist-defining belt, the metal zippers… And it’s perfect for riding my bike!

I am such a fan of everything tweed, tartan and check. When autumn comes I cannot think of anything else. I need to get a coat like yours. And a pipe. And maybe a moustache.

Thanks! I wasn’t sure what fabric to use at first but when I saw this one, I knew it would make a great jacket: a"vintage" or taditional looking fabric for a modern pattern, good combination.

It looks amazing. I love the plaid. I also love your bike. You have a skirt guard! I’m so jealous.
