This is a wardrobe element. I don’t want to tell you it’s a skirt, it’s a top, it’s this, it’s a that. Play with it and see what you like. Maybe it’s a collar for you. Or a hat. Or a garter belt.
Long thick straps to tie as you see fit. Sewn-down pin-tucked belt on one side, with the straps leaving it at the side seam. Beautifully french-seamed and turned hems (couture couture couture).
It’s basically a rectangle big enough to fit over your booty, with the straps to tie it on yourself as you see fit.
