This was done without a pattern. I used stiff under-material for the belt and charcoal grey on the top and black lining in a polyester which mimics duponi silk. It move very nicely. It really adds a glamour I didn’t expect to my plain black dress. More than a cocktail dress now you can wear it to the Opera.
All faux duponi silk except the belt which is a dull satin hot pink. I love the contrast. I think the lenght is perfect for more formal parties and functions.
