FLAPS
Position the flap pieces together. Stitch the side and bottom edges together. Trim allowances. Turn the flaps inside out and press. Pin the open edges together.

From the outside, move the flap under the top piping, pin (a).

Working from the wrong side, pin the fabric pocket pouch over the seam line of the upper piping. Stitch on the right side along the seam line of the upper piping, enclosing the pocket pouch and flap (b).
