Description

I made this dress for my daughter. She loves it and the best part is it even fits me too.

Material Notes

Black $1.00 a yard fabric from wal-mart
(3 1/2 yards)
1 black 12 in zipper
elastic for puff sleeves
3 yards of ribbon ( sash and bows for skull. I even made hair ties for her out of the same ribbon the bows where made from)
white fabric to make skull
fabric pen to draw skull

and white fabric to make petticoat.

Me. I made the pattern and then sewed it all together.

The dress itself has a bodice lining and two skirts sewn together.

    LOL..yea, I remember those. She loves anything Gothic and punk. Right now she’s into Gothic Lolita and Blondie, and the Ramones. I think she’s the only 10 year old that even knows who they are.

    She loves everything I make for her. I even get her involved by picking out fabric and she even draws what she wants the she helps me make the pattern. It’s a really cool thing to share that with her.

    That is very cool. Your daughter is lucky, When I was her age I was being put into Polly Flinders dresses.
