I am a fan of the “Lady Grey” coat by Colette Patterns, but as the pattern is rather expensive, I went for a look alike. I found a similar coat in the August issue of “Knip mode” magazine of 2008. The coat is presented as a knock off of a jacket of Nicole Kidman. I deleted the double breasted buttons, replaced them by an invisible button and added a belt.
The jacket lining is a lovely shiny fabric with two colours; green warp, egg plant weft.
The scarf is an “endless scarf”, based on this tutorial:
Nicole Kidman meets Lady Grey!
Wool, egg plant colour
Polyester, green warp, egg plant weft
jersey knit (scarf)

She modified this coat wonderfully by adding length and changing the pockets and collar
