I made this top for a friend of mine. It started out okay and then she came for a fitting. Oh my…she popped all the pins on the sides so I had to add a 4" piece of solid brown cotton material to make the top fit her. And that did the trick. It was tough at first to figure out how to add it but after about an hour of thinking and repinning I made it work. I decided to add binding around the sleeves and hem to go with the brown that I had added. Very please with the outcome but have told her that she will need to go and buy another pattern in a bigger size before I make her another one.
