A DIY project that requires 1 yard of chiffon or other slinky fabric, a foot of ribbon, and about an hour of your time. The result is a loose, stylish, and professional blouse that will go with almost any skirt or with trousers/jeans. Great beginner project!
I used crinkle chiffon, but any semi-sheer drapey fabric would do fine.
Silk would be lovely.
