Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I made this shirt to match the skirt so I can wear it to a birthday party tomorrow. I started and finished in one evening, without all the darts and seams needed for woven fabrics this is a breeze to sew. The fabric is a plum coloured knit with a lot of stretch. It feels super cosy. I lengthed the arms a bit for my personal preference and took the sides in a few cms because of the super stretch this knit has. The shoulder seams look a bit wonkey, but this disappears when I wear it, the mannequin does not have my broad shoulders ;)
